Restron is a republic. It is inhabited almost entirely by halfbloods, mostly Restron common but including plenty of others. The dominant language is Martisen. Restron is notable for not automatically conferring citizenship to anyone merely for being born in the country, born to citizens, or for any other circumstance of birth. Instead, one must pass a civics exam and take an oath to become a citizen.
